We provide quality leather holsters and accessories with excellent fit and function. Therefore, we ONLY accept returns if the items are DEFECTIVE in materials or workmanship, which is at our discretion. Items must be in “NEW” condition. If you have applied oils, Snow Seal, etc. to products they will not be accepted for return. We ask that you return the item in its original packaging.
We charge a 15% SERVICE CHARGE on all returned items that are not a manufacturing defect. Shipping costs of your purchase are non-refundable.
– Items custom ordered with stamping (basket weaving, fish scale, carving, etc.) are NOT returnable for exchange or refund.
-BELTS are NON-RETURNABLE – if you measure incorrectly you will need to re-order.
– Please DO NOT return items in a PADDED ENVELOPE, they crush easily in transit and any damage will void guarantee.
-After 30 days, all sales are considered final.
We do not operate a “try-before-you-buy” policy. If you want to order an item with the option of returning it at some point, then we strongly urge you to purchase from a manufacture that offers such a policy.
Sometimes enexpected things happen (technical issues, user error, mistakes) and while we’ll always try to be fair and find a win/win, we reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.

Simply Rugged’s™ holsters are constructed to fit standard factory equipped guns only. Additions such as trigger shoes, extended slide releases, laser sights or any alteration to the frame or external dimensions of the gun itself may render the holster unsafe and increase the risk of an accidental discharge. Simply Rugged’s™ holsters are made individually and specifically to fit a single make and model of handgun and are marked accordingly. At no time should a handgun other than the make and model of gun for which the holster is made be used in a Simply Rugged™ holster. It is the users responsibility throughout the serviceable life of the holster to personally check for proper fit and retention. This should be done each time the holster or accessory is used. If any Simply Rugged holster becomes worn, loose or ill fitting with age, you should cease use immediately.
Because Simply Rugged Holsters™, LLC. has no control over how its holsters and/or accessories will be used, or who they will be used by after their purchase, we disclaim any and all liability for incidental or consequential damages to person (s) and/or property resulting from the use of any Simply Rugged Holsters™, LLC product. You should understand that the decision you make to carry a firearm, either for sport or for personal defense, carries with it a certain amount of risk and potential for injury or death. Therefore, it would be advisable that you seek out and acquire proper training before using any firearm or firearm related product.
The implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and all other warranties, expressed or implied, are excluded from this transaction and shall not apply to the product purchased. Upon purchase of holsters and accessories, the purchaser and/or user assumes all risks as to the performance of the product. If the product is purchased for a specific use, the buyer and not the manufacturer, is solely responsible for the determination of the fitness of suitability of the product for such use.
