We specialize in producing semi-custom products and “Make-To-Order”, so we do not have inventory. Therefore, there will be a delay in receiving your order, typically our production time runs 3-4 weeks, and can be up to 6 weeks for carved items (Celtic or Floral) from date of order. The communications you will receive from us are: Order receipt and shipping notice from Stamps.com and our online store. We do not have the ability for moment-by-moment updates on your order.
Shipping/Handling charge is dictated by USPS Priority Mail when you are placing your order. We ONLY ship via US POSTAL SERVICE – PRIORITY MAIL, to anywhere in USA (including AK and HI). Shipping is FREE on orders over $200, when order is placed in entirety (except International orders). For International orders, use the Contact Page on the web site for a quote.
To avoid additional shipping charges, please make sure you have all items ordered at the same time. We cannot combine orders to save on shipping charges and do not store your credit card info to charge out additional items or changes. Thank you.
