POCKET PROTECTOR
A deceptively simple proven design that works very well. (I started building these 10 years before I started Simply Rugged Holsters)Nobody should let their gun slide around in their pocket, you want to keep the muzzle pointed down and the grip up for a secure grasp every time. I've kept this priced very reasonably, so there is no real excuse not to have one. The slot for 2 extra rounds on the small revolver pouch. these pouches are ambidextrous. You will need to pull the pouch out to access the ammo... it's not a speed reload. Carry a Quick Strip, Speed Loader or second gun for a quick reload. We do this slot (Knoiwn as the "Million Dollar" reload as a tribute to a couple friends...
The origin of the "Million Dollar Reload"; a couple friends involved in a gunfight for their lives... They prevailed against armed and armored opponents that opened up on Chuck at point blank; 5 groin and leg shots... Chuck hit the ground and dumped 11 rounds center mass, unfortunately all into the concealed body armor his attacker , Perp1 was wearing... James responded with a shot to that perp's head as he turned, blowing off the bone above his left eyebrow, severally wounding Perp 1, inducing him to flee. James fired and missed at Perp 2, Perp 3 attempted to run past him, James hit Perp 3 in the armpit killing Perp 3 instantly. James had old 158 Federal +P Nyclads from a M60 2". James said after he would have given a million dollars for 2 extra rounds to top off while he was waiting for the PD to arrive and wasn't sure if these perps were still around.
