Refund/Returns Policy

We provide semi-custom, quality leather holsters and accessories with excellent fit and function. Therefore, we ONLY accept returns if the items are DEFECTIVE in materials or workmanship. Items must be in “NEW” condition. If you have applied oils, Snow Seal, etc. to products they will not be accepted for return. We ask that you return the item in its original packaging.

Returns are subject to our authorization and discretion. There will be a 15% SERVICE CHARGE assessed on all returned items that are not a manufacturing defect. Shipping costs of your purchase are non-refundable.

– Items ordered with stamping (basket weaving, fish scale, carving, etc.) are NOT returnable for exchange or refund.

– Please DO NOT return items in a PADDED ENVELOPE, they crush easily in transit and any damage will void guarantee.

-DO NOT send back an order with a “signature required.”

-After 30 days, all sales are considered final.

We do not operate a “try-before-you-buy” policy. If you want to order an item with the option of returning it at some point, then we strongly urge you to purchase from a manufacture that offers such a policy.
