REFUNDS/RETURN POLICIES

We provide quality leather holsters and accessories with excellent fit and function. Therefore, we ONLY accept returns if the items are DEFECTIVE in materials or workmanship, which is at our discretion. Items must be in “NEW” condition. If you have applied oils, Snow Seal, etc. to products they will not be accepted for return. We ask that you return the item in its original packaging.

We charge a 15% SERVICE CHARGE on all returned items that are not a manufacturing defect. Shipping costs of your purchase are non-refundable.
- Items custom ordered with stamping (basket weaving, fish scale, carving, etc.) are NOT returnable for exchange or refund.
-BELTS are NON-RETURNABLE - if you measure incorrectly you will need to re-order.
- Please DO NOT return items in a PADDED ENVELOPE, they crush easily in transit and any damage will void guarantee.
-After 30 days, all sales are considered final.


We do not operate a “try-before-you-buy” policy. If you want to order an item with the option of returning it at some point, then we strongly urge you to purchase from a manufacture that offers such a policy.

Sometimes enexpected things happen (technical issues, user error, mistakes) and while we'll always try to be fair and find a win/win, we reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.

Our privacy policy is simple: We don't like spam anymore than you do therefore, we will not sell or release your e-mail address, credit card number or any other personal information to anyone. This information will only be used to provide you with the items you request, period!

We may however use your information to:

  • To personalize your experience: Your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs.
     
  • Send periodic emails: The email address you provide for order processing, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information etc.

Note: If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails that do not pertain specifically to order processing you may use the link at the bottom of transmissions, when available, or simply send us an email requesting such.

To place an order, we ask that you use our online store or you can mail us a check or money order with your order details. These methods of ordering will avoid confusion and miscommunication as well as saving you, the customer, money. It is just too expensive to fund a 24 hr call center.

• Our products are built to order, expect TWO to THREE week turn around. Carved items turn around in approximately SIX weeks.

Returns are subject to our authorization and discretion. There will be a 15% SERVICE CHARGE assessed on all returned items that are not a manufacturing defect. Shipping costs of your purchase are non-refundable.

Be prepared to wait for delivery of our “Made to Order” products. REPEATED phone calls or e-mails asking the status of an order only takes time away from production and slows the process down.
