I received my holster ONE week after placing my order….and I placed my order on the July 4th holiday. The holster is excellent! Comfortable, well built and it fits exactly how I wanted it to. Perfect for the large revolver. Thanks again. I could not be happier!

Rob, I just received my Cuda holster today and I must say it is beautiful. That is one nice piece of work. The holster fulfills exactly what I demand in a holster. One, it must hold my weapon securely. Two, it must be comfortable. Three, it must be concealable. Lastly, it must be durable and able to withstand the rigors of everyday carry. This holster meets all those requirements. I’ve tried other holster makers in the past and while many of them do great work, for some reason I keep coming back to you. I guess your holsters are kind of like myself, simple and rugged. Anyway, thanks again for a great holster. Yours truly, Jeff H

for the speedy delivery Sat of the Sourdough I ordered this week. It not only fits the P89/P90,P97, and P95, but I’m carrying my Kahr CW45 in it till I get my Cuda ordered for it. Comfortable, sharp-looking, and holds the gun almost as close as IWB, the way I’ve always carried. For the last 10 years, I’ve carried AIWB my P90 and P97-and it’s nice not to have the pressure in my belly today. Really appreciate the quality, fit, and customer service! Will be ordering one per job for awhile. Dave J

Rb- I have had the Sourdough Pancake for my Security Six 4 inch for nearly a year. I had it done with the IWB loops and a hammer strap for when used as an outside the belt rig. I just added your 1 3/4 inch wide laminated belt and 2 of the Split Six speedloader holders. For a guy that is 6 foot and 200 lbs, this combination is the most comfortable way to carry a medium frame revolver IWB behind the strong side hip that I have ever found. I can wear this combo all day and not even know it is there except for the weight of the weapon. It stays put and does not move around, and is comfortable sitting on either the couch or in the vehicle for 400+ miles in a day. The Split Sixes are hardly noticeable on the belt when in front of the multi tool holster. The quality, fit, and finish of the products I have purchased from Simply Rugged are above reproach and beautifully done. In addition to the above items, I also just purchased a Cattleman holster for a Ruger Single Ten, and it follows the quality and care of everything else. All products are in tan and border stamped, and are, in my opinion, absolutely the best on the market, and the best value for the money anyone can find anywhere. I am a customer for life and heartily recommend Simply Rugged to anyone who needs quality products. Art W Waugh

Hello I wanted to let you know how happy I am with this holster you made me for my Taurus Tracker .44 Magnum 2” barrel. It carries so well and I hardly notice it on my hip. This is a pic of me over the Independence Day holiday hiking up near Sutton, Alaska. I will forward later the ones of me using the Chesty Puller on my Ural.Thank you for a great product for the money, what a bargain at this price point for custom leather. Mike P Alaska

Hi Rob, I have waited to send a comment for a while since I have received my Cuda holster for my Springfield XD Subcompact .40SW. I wanted to break it in and take it to the range a couple of times so I could give a review that is meaningful. I have to tell you. This Cuda is the most comfortable all-day wear holster that I have ever owned. I have six other holsters for this weapon and none can match it. After the usual break-in period, it draws as smooth as you could possible ask for while holding the pistol snug, no matter what gyrations I have put it through. Thanks a ton. I am hooked on Simply Rugged. Kevin M

Harold Fritz

I just received my silver dollar pancake holster for my Ruger LCR. This is a great quality holster that meets my every expectation, the holster is exactly as advertised, and the price for a quality leather custom fit holster is more than reasonable. Great product, looks great, holds the revolver in a very concealable position, and allows for a quick weapon draw when needed. I am a very satisfied 1st time customer that would not hesitate to recommend your holsters to any of my associates. I researched many available holsters, most of which did not appear to fit the requirement or were too pricey to be acceptable. As a former Army Officer I compliment you on your quality and customer oriented focus regarding your line of holsters. Harold “Hal” Fritz Medal of Honor Recipient This just humbled me ….charged the enemy with a pistol and a bayonet after being wounded… I had to do some research:Army-Vietnam Medal of Honor citationCaptain Fritz’s Medal of Honor citation reads:For conspicuous gallantry and intrepidity in action at the risk of his life above and beyond the call of duty. Capt. (then 1st Lt.) Fritz, Armor, U.S. Army, distinguished himself while serving as a platoon leader with Troop A, near Quan Loi. Capt. Fritz was leading his 7-vehicle armored column along Highway 13 to meet and escort a truck convoy when the column suddenly came under intense crossfire from a reinforced enemy company deployed in ambush positions. In the initial attack, Capt. Fritz’ vehicle was hit and he was seriously wounded. Realizing that his platoon was completely surrounded, vastly outnumbered, and in danger of being overrun, Capt. Fritz leaped to the top of his burning vehicle and directed the positioning of his remaining vehicles and men. With complete disregard for his wounds and safety, he ran from vehicle to vehicle in complete view of the enemy gunners in order to reposition his men, to improve the defenses, to assist the wounded, to distribute ammunition, to direct fire, and to provide encouragement to his men. When a strong enemy force assaulted the position and attempted to overrun the platoon, Capt. Fritz manned a machine gun and through his exemplary action inspired his men to deliver intense and deadly fire which broke the assault and routed the attackers. Moments later a second enemy force advanced to within 2 meters of the position and threatened to overwhelm the defenders. Capt. Fritz, armed only with a pistol and bayonet, led a small group of his men in a fierce and daring charge which routed the attackers and inflicted heavy casualties. When a relief force arrived, Capt. Fritz saw that it was not deploying effectively against the enemy positions, and he moved through the heavy enemy fire to direct its deployment against the hostile positions. This deployment forced the enemy to abandon the ambush site and withdraw. Despite his wounds, Capt. Fritz returned to his position, assisted his men, and refused medical attention until all of his wounded comrades had been treated and evacuated. The extraordinary courage and selflessness displayed by Capt. Fritz, at the repeated risk of his own life above and beyond the call of duty, were in keeping with the highest traditions of the U.S. Army and reflect the greatest credit upon himself, his unit, and the Armed Forces.[2]

Hi Rob,
