Before you call us with questions, please read our FAQ PAGE, STORE PAGE or GUN CHART many of your questions will be answered there.

Production time is 3-4 weeks. If you add carving to items, your order may take up to 6 weeks.

To place an order, we ask that you use our online store or you can mail us a check or money order with your order details. These methods of ordering will avoid confusion and miscommunication as well as saving you, the customer money. It is just too expensive to fund a 24 hr call center.

• For exotic skin holsters, call for availability and price quote.
• Most of our products are built to order, expect THREE to FOUR week turn around. Carved items turn around in approximately SIX weeks.

Check our Gear to Go page to see if we might have a holster ready made for you. We keep a supply of belts, ammo pouches, Chesty Puller Harness, Pocket Protectors, and other accessories ready to go.

REFUNDS/RETURN POLICIES
We provide quality leather holsters and accessories with excellent fit and function. Therefore, we ONLY accept returns if the items are DEFECTIVE in materials or workmanship. Items must be in “NEW” condition. If you have applied oils, Snow Seal, etc. to products they will not be accepted for return. We ask that you return the item in its original packaging.

We charge a 15% SERVICE CHARGE on all returned items that are not a manufacturing defect. Shipping costs of your purchase are non-refundable.
- Items custom ordered with stamping (basket weaving, fish scale, carving, etc.) are NOT returnable for exchange or refund.
- Please DO NOT return items in a PADDED ENVELOPE, they crush easily in transit and any damage will void guarantee.
-DO NOT send back an order with a "signature required."
-After 30 days, all sales are considered final.
We do not operate a “try-before-you-buy” policy. If you want to order an item with the option of returning it at some point, then we strongly urge you to purchase from a manufacture that offers such a policy.

Be prepared to wait for delivery of our “Made to Order” products. REPEATED phone calls or e-mails asking the status of an order only takes time away from production and slows the process down.
